Chris Batson brings more than 25 years of experience in general management and corporate finance to the ACS team. As President of ACS, Chris has overall responsibility for all field operations and operating brands, (Analysts, AIC, ComforceHealth, and HireGenics). As President, Chris is tasked with driving organic growth strategies and managing all sales operations teams.
Chris joins ACS from his most recent position as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Ciber North America. There he had full profit and loss responsibility for the division and managed sales, recruiting, and delivery across six regions and four practice areas. In his six years at Ciber, Chris also held the role of Chief Financial Officer of the division and management of Ciber's offshore centers in India and Poland. In this role, he helped lead Ciber North America to four years of consecutive profitability and revenue growth through improved sales execution, overhead containment, greater use of offshore delivery, and the introduction of new solution offerings.
Prior to joining Ciber, Chris also spent time working in the business process outsourcing arena. He spent five years with TeleTech Holdings, Inc. in various financial management positions including Chief Financial Officer for TeleTech's European business unit as well as Treasurer and Vice President of the corporation. As CFO of the company's European business, he helped manage a turnaround of the region from a significant loss to profitability.

Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President
Pankaj (Nick) Goel is the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of ACS. Nick joined ACS as a Controller in June 2005 and has since held various positions with increasing responsibilities within the company. His contribution to ACS’ aggressive growth has been significant, and it has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronical who declared him the "2015 CFO of the Year" under the "Large Private Company" category.
Nick has more than 23 years of progressive experience in all phases of financial management, including strong expertise in Corporate Finance; Financial Planning & Analysis; Forecasting & Budgeting; Financial Operations & Accounting, and M&As.
Prior to joining ACS, Nick worked as Senior Financial Analyst for Claredon Textiles, Inc. from 2001 to 2005. Previously, he was the General Manager, Finance with Girnar Fibres Ltd from 1996 to 2000, and prior to that, he worked for a public accounting firm, S.K. Mehta & Co. in New Delhi, India, from 1992 to 1996.
Nick holds various professional licenses including a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute, CPA from the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, and Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition to that, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the G.N.D. University in India. Dr. Promod Vohra
SVP and Chief HR and Talent Strategy Officer
Promod Vohra is the SVP and Chief Human Resources and Talent Strategy Officer for ACS. In this role, Promod is responsible for overseeing the Global HR operations and innovative talent management strategies to ensure that ACS continues to play a critical role in the staffing and solutions industry.
Prior to joining the ACS team, Promod was the Dean of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technology (CEET) at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL. As the Dean of CEET, Promod oversaw unique curricular programs and responded to the needs of regional and industrial partners. He also built a corporate partnership network which impacted student readiness, scholarships, funding, lab development, joint research endeavors, curricular partnerships, and innovation.
With more than 35 years of professional and academic expertise, Promod built a path of student career success starting from recruitment to placement. In doing so, he developed partnerships with more than 500 businesses and created mutually beneficial relationships. He has always considered workforce development and training to be an essential part of any economic activity. His commitment to serving the country by creating a well-educated workforce has been the central piece of his career. His transition to ACS extends his career in workforce development, training, and staffing.

Sanjeev Sardana is the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at ACS. He is responsible for managing Corporate IT, Marketing, Legal, M&A, and Global Service Delivery Operations. Rich Escoffery is General Counsel at ACS. In this role, he oversees the legal affairs of the company and is responsible for a wide range of legal issues that relate to the company’s activities and operations, including employment matters, contract review and negotiation, litigation, and compliance. He is also responsible for the management and oversight of ACS outside legal service providers.
Relying on more than 20 years of experience practicing law, Rich focuses on delivering the highest quality legal services to the business’ internal clients, acting as a business partner who happens to have legal expertise.
Prior to joining ACS, Rich was a partner at the law firm of Elarbee Thompson in Atlanta, where he represented large and medium-sized businesses in a wide variety of employment-related matters and was a frequent speaker to various human resources and business organizations. He began his career as a judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Rich has been repeatedly recognized as a Super Lawyer and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
An active volunteer in the Atlanta community, Rich is an alumni mentor for Emory University’s 1915 Scholars Program and is a ministry leader in his church. He has also served on multiple alumni boards at Emory University and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Arbor Montessori School. John Deweerd is the Vice President of HireGenics, an operating company of ACS Group. He is responsible for strategic client engagement for workforce management solutions, payrolling, and independent contractor compliance. John is also involved with continuous improvement for existing client relationships and leading solution strategies for new clients.
John has more than 15 years of business development experience at leading workforce management and staffing companies. Prior to HireGenics, John worked at several leading MSP providers, including Randstad Managed Services, the Bartech Group, and, most recently, as Vice President at Pontoon Solutions. Over the course of his career, John has successfully engaged and implemented some of the largest and most complex MSP and Contingent Workforce Management solutions in the industry.

Don Stoner is the Group Vice President of the West Region. In this role, Don is responsible for integrating the ACS companies into a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that delivers a full range of capabilities to solve our clients’ talent optimization needs. Key focus areas include cross-training our client-facing sales, solutions, and delivery teams to ensure all markets are fully capable of meeting our clients’ business challenges with creative and fit-for-purpose solutions.
Prior to ACS, Don was the Regional Vice President, Pacific Northwest for Ciber, Inc. In this position, Don was responsible for business development, client relationships, and service delivery excellence for multiple solution sets provided through a managed services delivery model. He was also tasked with profit and loss management, go-to-market strategy, and methodology creation and maturation. In only three years, Don grew the managed services business from scratch to an annual run rate of more than $76 M.
Prior to Ciber, Don worked for eight years both in active military and civilian roles for the Department of Defense. In these roles, he was tasked with the development and operational testing and evaluation of electronic warfare equipment for a joint chief’s operations unit designed to deploy more advanced technology to our US soldiers, sailors, and airmen.
Don has a deep background of solving business problems, establishing organizational procedures, and aligning solutions to maximize business performance. Before ACS, April was the Senior Director of Operations, North America, with Experis, where she was a key stakeholder in developing the Experis Sales and Recruiting Common Operating Model. April was a pioneer in driving brand consistency throughout North America into Latin America and across Europe. She also created and chaired the Operational Excellence Committee across field operations with the primary objective of improving quality of all processes from requisition receipt through cash collection.

Nita Sardana is the Vice President of Community Outreach and Corporate Giving at ACS. She is responsible for all community engagement and philanthropic programs for the ACS family of companies. In this role, Nita is continuously looking for opportunities to support the communities that ACS serves.
Nita is heavily involved with the YWCA of Greater Atlanta’s Teen Girls in Technology (TGI Tech) Program, which strives to empower young women by increasing their interest and confidence in STEM fields and helping put these young women on the path to forging successful careers in STEM positions. ACS has been supporting the TGI Tech program for more than ten years, starting in 2006 when the program was still in its infancy.
Previously, Nita served as the Corporate Secretary, Treasurer, and Business Manager for ACS in its earlier days. She has also run several small independent commercial organizations engaged in consumer retail and services for more than 15 years.
